Baked Ribs

I LOVE ribs!! Any kind will do...beef, pork,lamb!... maybe even chicken?!:)
This recipe is easy in that you bake it in the oven and you don't have to watch it too closely. You can always tenderize it with a splash of vinegar. I use a homemade BBQ sauce to glaze it at the last minute.I bake it some more so the sauce penetrates the ribs.
Ribs
A rack or two of baby back ribs
I also substitute the larger ribs and cut them in smaller sizes
salt and pepper to taste
A splash or two of vinegar

Cut up ribs in small pieces
Season with seasoning
Place ribs in a 13x 9 baking pan (or larger)
Pour some vinegar over the ribs.
Cover the pan and bake at 300 deg for 1 1/2 hours
Pour off any liquid that has accumulated in the pan.

Place ribs in oven and increase oven temp to 375....leave the ribs uncovered so as to dry up a bit another 15 minutes.
Take ribs out and glaze with BBQ sauce ...bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Turn ribs over and reglaze with BBQ sauce if necessary and bake until it looks just right!:)
